The project in the Podbrđe settlement involved lining the existing drainage channel to improve the stormwater system and protect the local road and residential infrastructure.
The works included:
- Excavation and site preparation,
- Laying the pipes and constructing concrete manholes (shafts),
- Reinforcement of the channel edges with a stone revetment,
- Pouring of final slabs and surfaces which ensure durability and safe access.
In this way, the channel was transformed into a functional and safe stormwater drainage system that prevents flooding and damage to roadways, while also improving the quality of life for the local residents.
